Oh dear god. We've been waiting in the drive thru line for 25 minutes already and hardly any movement. Don't know whether they're understaffed, undertrained or what but this is insane. Never coming to this Starbucks again. What a total waste of time.

It is the smallest things in life. Thank you to whoever wrote this because I was not having a good day. This turned it around for me!

I stopped in the drive thru before taking my dog to be put to sleep and Terry was amazing. I got a pup cup and didn’t order anything for myself but he insisted I get something on him because of the situation. Very nice gesture from him and he made my day a little easier!
