Ordered hot chocolate and donuts and the employee did not hear the last donut ordered. So he gave my daughter her donut free, but not only that, but also gave her a second free. They're here. It may sometimes be very busy, but you are not waiting very long. They are always on point and food and coffee are always made right. And beyond that, the staff is always friendly and happy. I can't say enough good things about these special Dunkins!
I have left this dunkin” Unfortunately, I forgot to get the employee name, but 9/3/2019 4:50. Every time I went to this dunk, the employees were great, but this was especially one of the happiest / kindest people I've ever seen. Thank you for brightening my day. This world would be a better place with more people like you in it! Thanks again!
Look. The food and service is adequate...but they seem to be slower there than other DDs I frequent. I don't think they aren't working hard... it just is a slog there sometimes.
