This has got to be the worst dunkins around!!!! The line was out to the street so I went in thinking I would be served faster since NO ONE was inside. WRONG!!!! They took care of all the drive thru before even taking my order!. 10 mins later my order is taken with an attitude! Not my fault you’re short handed but ok. Then as I get my coffee and try it! OMG IT SO WRONG. Now I heard her put the caramel in the coffee and I knew it was empty. She didn’t replace it and didn’t put more in! I get 5 pumps in my coffee so I have to pay extra for the extra pump! All she had to do was tell me she was out and I wouldn’t have ordered there. Ya I would have been mad beacuse I just waited 10 mins but it’s better then over paying for a coffee that is COMPLETELY WRONG AND SHE KNEW IT!!!!!. Now let see if dunkins will even respond to how bad their works are!!!!!
In the recent weeks, every time I tried walking in to get a coffee, the doors are locked. But they don 't bother putting a sign on the door! Instead, all customers who want to walk-in waste time parking, walking up and trying the doors, then getting back in the cars and either getting into the drive thru or leaving. PUT A FRIGGIN SIGN THAT SAYS CLOSED!
First of all today 10/15 at 10a the drive through guy was brutal. First I asked for spider donut, response: we ran out, then ordered small hot chocolate response: we we don’t have any. Then signature caramel cold latte, response: our latte machine is broken. Then ordered 2 coffees and a pumpkin donut. When we got to the window my coffee was handed to me leaking coffee. As we drove off found no donut and had a breakfast sandwich we didn’t order. One of the worst experiences I’ve had at a well known brand. Brutal!
Frozen coffee was delicious. Services could be friendlier but it wasn't awful.
