Rhino Lounge - London

I wanted to love it. My partner and I went twice because it looked nice and we were in the city for the night. Unfortunately, the food was subpar and the staff is unkind. I'll say it's a nice facility, and I hope it's gonna be better, but for now it's not worth another visit.

I was very impressed by the variety of vegan options they offer. on the day we were there, they had vegan pizza, lasagne, wrap and several dessert options, including vegan donuts, cookies and bars. everything we had was super tasty and cheap.

My wife and I were at Rhino yesterday Our first time there and on recommendation from friends The location is very nice with great view Good menu, with many interesting selections The appetizers were great, I had the Pup d'jour and my wife a salad. Very nice homemade. The entries were perfect. I had a steak grill d perfect and my sieve had a very nice chicken dish with chic rice she loved. Very recommended.

The Rhino Lounge proved to be a pleasant surprise. First off, the wait staff was excellent. Cheerful, efficient, accommodating, and generous with the extra fixin 's she provided for the large-ish takeout order I had. Secondly, the food was excellent, especially considering it is all (or mostly all, as far as I can tell) vegan or vegetarian. A lot of vegan restaurants have a few things that they do well but others are inconsistent. I ordered the meatloaf , the fish burger and the calzone. All were fresh and generously portioned, with wonderful texture and flavours. I also had a donut with matcha tea icing which was appropriately cakey in consistency and not overly sweet, and a dutchie which even two days later was still fresh and tasted no different than a non-vegan version. The prices were also a reasonable and pleasant surprise . The only sad part is their limited hours as I would definitely frequent this cafe more often if they had extended hours. Kudos to both the cook staff and wait staff for an unexpectedly awesome taste experience!
