Disturbingly bad dinner experience.Walk in at 5pm on a Saturday, no one eating (first bad indicator . Musicians gearing up and people at the bar, only activity.Waiter was nice enough but admitted right away he was the bartender and not used to this. He found out, like we did, that some items on menu were no longer being offered at the restaurant, he in turn asked another employee if anything else was not being served, she said Yeah, probably. (Next strike We ordered Irish nachos (loaded tater tots as appetizer, completely cooked in way too old grease, probably weeks old. Our entrees were served in a cast iron skillet were cold and the skillet itself was cold to the touch (spooned out onto the skillet then served? . We ordered a Reuben sandwich, no meat, lots of cheese.Not a positive place at all. Get standards.

We are from out of town and stopped in the butcher after our original lunch plan was closed.The bar has a super cool atmosphere right when you walk inSat down at the bar ordered drinks appetizers and a meal. Everything was amazing. Huge bar selection and the food is great.The staff was super friendly and social.We will definitely be back.

Great food, live music dance, game area as well. Sometimes need to ask for a menu at the bar but usually the service is good overall.

Have been here several times within the last few months. The food is actually pretty decent, but overpriced, as are drinks. Waiting and bartending staff are usually very friendly and accomodating, kitchen staff are quite the opposite and they seem to have a problem finding and keeping reliable kitchen staff and it shows. The general atmosphere is either dead or deafening. Security is simply not present and sexual harrasment towards employees seems to largly go unnoticed even when reported. The previously mentioned roach and general cleanliness issues in other reviews are unfortunately still present and little action seems to take place towards correcting these problems. The decision makers of this establishment have made no evident attempt to improve what could be a very succesful and inviting place for the people of London.

I was was in the middle of eating and realized there was lipstick on my cup of pop. I don’t even wear lipstick. I told servers and they stated they had been trying to get that stain off for 4 days. I took a napkin and showed them it wiped clean off. They didn’t add our drinks to our tab but still, gross.I loved the music but it was too loud to even talk. Workers smoke at the front open window and it comes right back in the restaurant. Definitely has went downhill.
