Cheddar's Scratch Kitchen - London

Everyone enjoyed the meal! Food is always good, and our waitress, Kimberly made sure that our every need was taken care of. She was upbeat,and friendly. Made our outing a fun afternoon.

1 dinner was great. The other dinner was supposed to be breaded chicken on a piece of dry toast covered in gravy. It took 35 minutes to get the gravy. It took a good while to get the dinner removed from the check. I am not paying for something like that. We tried and tried to get a waiter or waitress but no one would come back to our table. Finally, we spoke to a different waiter. He told the manager we didn't like our food at all. That's NOT what was said. The mgr approached us about not liking the food ? after another 20 min, he FINALLY removed it from the receipt. Also, the strawberry lemonade was out of lemonade. I kept telling them and they argued me it was fine. I kept getting strawberry water. After about 5 tries, we just LEFT. Horrible!!!

Our server was super friendly! he can't remember his name, but he was nice. it was very clean. great prices. I want the swirl to ring! only and fyi, the menu says red bean and rice and does not say that there are also pieces of meat in it. (I don't eat meat) so I had to bring it back to the kitchen and get something else. but beyond that it was great!

We had a terrible experience in cheddar’s kitchen in london, kentucky almost a week ago. We were told someone would reach us, but nobody bothered. So, here's what happened. Monday evening (3/21) our drinks were delivered and our server had an accident. a glass tee slipped out of her hand and scattered, spray liquid and broken glass. my wife had small cuts on her hand and foot, was wet - along with her leather handbag. Disadvantaged happen – my wife and I have both worked in restaurants and bars, so we understand – but it is how the dings are treated afterwards, making the difference between good and bad customer service. the manager apologised and dragged us to a nearby table that was not properly cleaned and we noticed that right opposite of us two hearts eat a table with small pieces and a crooked serviette never cleaned on the bottom. they also turned us on a new server that immediately told us that it was his first day and he knew nothing about the menu. the food was in order, but my wife was upset (and bleeding) so she didn't even want to eat. the manager covered one of our entries on a ticket that was less than $60 in total, and took the contact details of my wife and told us that would soon contact us. no calls or emails from companies in the last week. only the bad coltectiv taste in our mouth from the terrible experience we had in cheddar’s kitchen - so there is a cold day in the hell that we choose to spend our money there again.

Nice restaurant with a good menu selection and reasonable prices. I had the chicken pot pie w/house salad (waitress forgot my salad so didn’t get it till almost done with pot pie). Both were yummy. Hubby had the shrimp/chicken combo w/broccoli gratin. He said chicken was real good but shrimp was pretty tasteless. Our waitress was pleasant but very scattered. Maybe she was new?? She never checked on us. She left the check, not telling us she’d take it. Went up to pay and was told to go back to our table so waitress could get the check. Another confusing thing with her. At any rate we’d go there again since food was good and hopefully not get her again.
