Friendly staff, quick service. Tapas were very nice. Happy hour good value

We had very bad service, the job was wrong, our waiter was very rude. also played on his phone. the set menu had not all items, but the cook would not vary for something else (also cheaper)! eating was simply thrown off on the table and when we started eating it, we were told it was taken away wrong anc again.

Without doubt the worst culinary experience of my life. orders were wrong with at least four locations. Despite repeated ask for the meals that come together (and the assurance given that the food was ready) this never happened. neither female toilets could be used. one had no lock and the other had no toilet seat. an absolute scandal!

This happened on Saturday, December 3rd, 2022, at 17 o'clock to 7 o'clock. the food was ok. but what made it unbearable and uncomfortable was the setting of the manager / the hostess. from the minute we went, we felt as if our annoyance was undesirably and throughout our meal their attitude was shameful. there were errors made with the total cost of the meal we noticed and had to be adjusted twice. we were calculated almost 20 pounds more than the original amount. what we had to correct. with which the hostess/ manager asks for the full service fee. she was extremely rude and repulsive. ridiculous!
