Sushi Fabrique - London

This restaurant is a great option for quick sushi. It was busy, but the service was efficient and prompt. The staff seemed a bit aloof. Just be aware that the small plates can add up in cost.

The restaurant offers a unique dining experience with a conveyor belt and fast service. The food is generally delicious but lacks variety. The staff seems to be the same each time which can be off-putting. The water from the taps is not enjoyable, especially when seated close to another group.

I couldn't be happier with my experience at this restaurant. You must try the cod katsu curry - it was truly amazing! The restaurant has a great atmosphere and layout, with cute old bus structures used as handles on the tables. The staff was happy, attentive, and overall fantastic. Great experience, almost feels like you are in japan! the staff was very helpful and polite. the prices are not the cheapest, but it is worth it!

Food was delicious and staff and so friendly. I recommend the chicken karaage and chicken Teriyaki!
