Sugar Mill - London

We visited before a gig at the SSE Arena Wembley, the place was quiet when we got there. The light foods were very tasty. I was however disappointed when I visited the loo. I am disabled and walk with crutches. When I used the disabled loo I found it being used as a stock room. It had a table umbrella, a large pack of loo roll maybe) a sign that would be put out front, A mop and bucket and a few other things, I would have taken pictures but I left my phone on the table . I was very glad I did not use a wheelchair as I am not sure I would have been able to get in had I needed a wheelchair. I can but hope this will be a one off event as other than that it was a most pleasant occasion and the guy manning the bar and delivering food was very nice indeed.

Visited before show at Wembley and an ideal location as only min walk to Stadium. Greeted by very friendly staff who continued to check that we had everything we needed regularly. Had very tasty burger followed by eton mess which was amazing. Good value for money given the proximity to Wembley. Inside furniture a bit dated but the only negative I could find about this gem.

Not what we expected from the webpage, more like a restaurant in decor. However the staff were welcoming and the restaurant was clean although the toilets were right in the middle which was a bit odd. Menu was limited, not necessarily a bad thing, and the food came quickly. Salmon was over cooked and there was only a spoonful of coleslaw with the burger, no salad to speak of Staff were over attentive during our meal to the point of being irritating. Quite expensive for what we had, but I suppose these are London prices, so probably good value

Over all the experiance was good. The food was a little bit lacking but the potatoes were amazing. When I read the menu and saw pancakes and french toast I was really excited so I was disappointed to find out that they were only serving the breakfast buffet so you basically just helped yourself and only spoke to the staff to pay. It was nice but it couldve been better.

Really slow service. Table not ready and then just wiped tablecloth saying he couldn't get new one as it was in laundry. Waited for our drinks, hour for food which was basic and not worth what we paid. Really poor service. Asked ingredients due to allergies which was then dismissed and actually had on the plate what I was allergic too. Would not recommend at sll
