We arrived to find that our reservation was not recorded, as the staff claimed that OpenTable had not sent it. We ended up waiting a long time, and the staff seemed disorganized. The venue was also quite noisy. Overall, it was a disappointing experience, and the bill at the end was quite high.

I had a very disappointing experience at this restaurant. I won't be returning. I hosted a birthday party, but they didn't seem to care at all.

We visited this restaurant just before our flight from Heathrow. It was quite quiet since we arrived shortly after lunch, but the service was excellent.

Eating is good, but they can't make decent leti. the service was inconsistent. the table was not cleaned after the net and before dessert. Saturday night was empty. in the upper floor was a party and very loud blowing with their own music. it is not a private room; it is open and clearly visible from below, so not ideal for diners who want to chat. the management has changed hands again last year. iron out these knicks and it would be a great place.

I was there because of live Music, due to Managment Change there is no live Music anymore It was a bad experience so we move on without Dining there.
