Make sure to arrive in Chicago on the opposite side of the tracks at least 10 minutes before your train arrives. There is a police officer at the crosswalk ready to issue tickets, so be cautious!
It's called Crystal Lake? Great name! They have Buffalo Wild Wings there. I had some fries and carrots from there. Don't forget the answer!
Trains from here are frequently late or delayed but there are 3 good coffee shops and the Station has a restroom so you can enjoy the extra few minutes while you curse UPNW.
This is a popular stop on metra the trains are always on time but lots of homeless people at the station. The main problem is that most people who use this station take the train from here to Chicago so why would you put the station on the other platform???????
