Starbucks - Loganville

I want to Starbucks inside Kroger like I?ve done many times before. I have used my app to get points if I didn?t have money on my card the employees are always kind enough to load it for me for the amount of my transaction and allow me to do it so I could still get points. However at this particular Kroger at 191 Alps Road in Athens, they informed me that they could not do that. They were not helpful in the least when I try to describe the different ways that many other people have done it at multiple other locations. I was frustrated and I ended up leaving and buying coffee from jittery Joe?s instead. And I?ll also mention that I don?t prefer jittery Joe?s to Starbucks I just didn?t feel like that they earned my money that day. I hope they can use it as a training opportunity

Nice girl but she was new they only had one person working. took 30 minutes to even order in a super long line. they were also out of almost every drink. needs better management

It's a nice enough location to grab a coffee. And, if you care for Starbuck's coffee, it's Starbucks coffee. I did pop in thinking that the breakfast would be as good as the coffee and ordered a sausage breakfast. Unfortunately, and while I don't know this to be true, I suspect it came right out of plastic and was prepared by Chef Mic. As great as the coffee is, is how disappointing that breakfast sandwich was. It wasn't bad, but for the price, I could have bought a few of them at the grocery store and stuck them in a microwave myself.

I have been here a few times but it was first time for my wife and daughter. We all enjoyed our appetizers and meal. Where else can you find Greek and Indian food under one roof. Great fusion restaurant with excellent service. We will stop here again if we are traveling through southern Alabama.

That old lady working there is so rude for no apparent reason. I thought she was just rude to me.. but nah. She's rude to everyone. If you hate your life at starbucks that much then just quit ????
