Having previously endured multiple botched orders and a tragic decline in the quality of their once-celebrated lemon pepper sauce—thanks to a soulless shift towards a corporatized model—I reluctantly decided to give them one last shot. This decision was a grave mistake. On this final visit, after being left to languish on hold for six excruciating minutes, I placed my order at 7:53 PM. Within a laughable two minutes—before I could even reconsider my choices—I called back to request my wings extra crispy. By 7:55 PM, I was brusquely informed that my order was already prepared and could not be altered. The absurdity of having a ‘20-minute’ order ready in under two minutes is not only insulting but indicative of a kitchen more concerned with clearing tickets than serving quality food. This blatant disregard for customer preferences and the basics of cooking fresh food is unacceptable. It is clear that Loganville American Deli prefers to serve lukewarm, soggy disappointments rather than the hot, fresh meals they advertise. Their steadfast refusal to accommodate a simple modification request speaks volumes about their indifference to customer satisfaction. The stark decline in both the food quality and the integrity of the service at this establishment is appalling. Loganville American Deli has not only lost its way but seems to have abandoned any pretense of respecting its customers. I strongly advise anyone considering this place to steer clear—you’re likely to find more freshness and flavor in a day-old gas station sandwich than anything this sham of a restaurant churns out.

I understand that food cost are inflated, but it is not acceptable for a restaurant to intentionally not deliver the food you ordered. Our family purchased three 10 piece wings combos from this location. They chose to send three 7 piece combos instead. This was not an accident. If you value your hard earned money please spend it elsewhere.
