Worst experience ever. I went through the drive-through ordered my food. Got to the window to pay and he said my order and I told him that wasn’t what I ordered. He was very nice and helpful and fixed it all on the screen. I paid and left. When I got home I took a bite and realized there were onions on it. I looked at the receipt and tag on the box and they both said no pickles no onions. Yet both things were on the burger. I called and spoke to a lady who said she would refund and remake the burger. I told her I was 5 minutes away and I’d be right there. When I got there she was gone and no one could find her. The man who “helped” me was very rude and inconsiderate. He refused to remake the burger and used the excuse of him not answering the call and the girl who did answer, not being there as a reason not to fix his mistake.
12/26/2023 I used the drive thru. The customer service was okay, nothing special. The food was average, just like all the other McDonalds in the area. It is great when you get fresh fries. I would go to this place again because it seems a little less busy than the other McDonalds in Lodi.
