I found my coffee to be warm rather than hot, allowing me to drink it comfortably before our food arrived. When placing our food orders, I specifically requested crispy bacon, to which the waitress replied, “It’s all crispy. If you want it burned, just let me know.” Finally, when our food came, all five dishes were cold. I received two pieces of bacon; one was burnt, while the other was undercooked. My daughter’s waffle was crispy but so cold that the butter on top didn’t even begin to melt. To make matters worse, I discovered an unexpected taste of garlic in the middle of my French toast. Throughout our meal, none of our drinks, including my coffee, were ever refilled, and after delivering our food, the waitress did not return to our table at all. We ultimately decided to leave no tip for her service.
