I absolutely love this place! The staff was incredibly sweet and kind. I'm very impressed with the service!

Brutally honest review: I really enjoyed the food, but the service has been lacking at several locations. At times, the staff disappears for half an hour (I understand they need breaks, but someone should be there to cover for them). Other times, they seem overwhelmed and not equipped to handle the rush (management should schedule more staff during peak hours). I've been fortunate, but my dining companions have experienced cold food, forgotten orders, and other minor mishaps. My burgers, however, have consistently been excellent, and the fries are usually hot and fresh.

We’ve had an excellent experience here for the past year and plan to keep returning for more.

The location is awful, the food is subpar, and the customer service leaves much to be desired. I will not be coming back.

Bottomless drinks and sides at Red Robin are always a treat. We had a brief wait before being seated, as the friendly and considerate manager aimed to avoid overloading the kitchen. Once we were seated, our drinks and food arrived promptly. The waitress was very attentive and had our refills ready before I even realized I needed one. Excellent service!
