Przekaż informację zwrotnąI've been living in the area for almost a year now, and due to my busy schedule and poor time management, recently I've stopped by here more times than I care to admit. All the staff I've interacted with here are great, but a special thank you to the late shift workers. I've only had a couple issues with missing/incorrect items and they've always been incredibly helpful in resolving things. From what I've seen they're kind to folks, and that's priceless.
The first door i tried was locked, no smiles on anyone's face, and took quite a while to get my food. Got back to work and no fork to eat with. Food is only luke warm, which is odd for a KFC.
Please have the Taco Bell app active at this location or have at least the self-ordering pad active. With just a skeleton crew to work, TB, and KFC simultaneously, a customer can’t decide or ask a 5-year-old what they want. This turns the place into total chaos. I wonder how long an employee works there?My order was correctly made, and the staff was great, with only two people behind the counter.
Absolutely SUCKS!! Employees more busy yacking away on cell phones rather than providing prompt and professional and courteous service. The food was cold, fries were horrible rocks.
Egregiously bad service. Better off going to another one even if it’s farther for you!
