Starbucks - Liverpool

I have been a customer at this restaurant for many years, but recently I have been disappointed. The coffee orders are always wrong and the drive-through food quality has declined drastically. On my most recent visit, I ordered two drinks and when I got home, I realized they had put cream on my no-cream drink and then removed it before giving it to me. This is unacceptable and they need to improve their service. Takeout service: ⭐

The service is rated a 4 out of 5, and the atmosphere is also rated a 4. You can dine in and enjoy a breakfast meal here, with prices ranging from £1-£10 per person. Overall, the food, service, and atmosphere all receive a rating of 4 out of 5. Plenty of parking is available in the free parking lot.

Still in a state of shock at my drive through experience at this Starbucks today. They got my order wrong, I asked for an iced white mocha and they gave me a hot one. I was very polite in how I said oh sorry I ordered iced. She rolled her eyes, snatched the drink off me and didn't even speak to me. She was visibly so angry and I felt so uncomfortable. When she handed me my drink (which upon arriving home I've realised still isn't the actual drink I ordered), I said thank you and have a nice day. I was totally blanked. I have never received such rude customer service. There are many people who order extremely complicated drinks at Starbucks surely mistakes happen. Reacting like this to every minor hiccup must make it difficult for her colleagues too. The attitude was appalling and I will never go back to that Starbucks again.
