Tropical Smoothie Cafe - Little Rock

I received excellent service during my visit. The location was clean, and all the staff members were friendly. My order was prepared quickly and accurately. Every employee present took the time to check in and see how everything was. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and if I return to Arkansas, this place will definitely get my business again.

The smoothies were fantastic! However, the parking lot is quite small, and the double drive-thru lanes took a long time to get through.

Wow! The customer service here is fantastic. I have a tomato allergy and unfortunately received a sandwich with some tomato residue. I always double-check my food before eating because, let's face it, mistakes can happen. The staff immediately took action to prepare a fresh sandwich for me and made sure I left feeling happy. Truly exceptional service!

Fast friendly service. The smoothie was not as good as usual, so the 4 stars instead of 5.

Employees are very kind and the food and smoothies are made great. My fave is the hummus veggie wrap.
