Tropical Smoothie Cafe - Lititz

I'm not one to give bad reviews but this has happened a few times at this location to us that I just feel the need to address it. We usually get food from tropical weekly at the litiz location as we pass through from working. Every time we've gotten our food is has always been incorrect or missing items. We just ordered things yesterday and my smoothie tasted like ice basically with a little hint of peanut butter and banana, my parents food was incorrect. My mom ordered no pesto and it was still came with it on. Might I add this has happened to her multiple times at this location. My dad's quesadillas were not cut and my flat bread was just messy. There is a bunch of young teenage girls working there who clearly need some kind of adult supervision because they aren't doing their job correctly.

Went in for breakfast so excited! Then she says she not making food right now because she is running behind...so disappointed.

I used to order from here in past and it was good but now it’s gone downhill. Ordered through app and it said 12 min curbside. No one came out and when we went in they said it would be an hour. We waited still no one. We went back in and it was sitting on counter. Our drinks were melted and the 3 teenage girls in back were gossiping away. I guess that what you get when there’s no adult supervision. Sandwich ciabatta bread was terrible not real ciabatta, hardly any turkey, bacon or cheese in sandwich. Not worth the money and I won’t be returning.

Horrible horrible experience don't know how to make smoothie at

Cassidy was amazing I wasn't sure what to order she recommended a certain smoothie and it was delicious she was absolutely phenomenal Food was very very good!!! I will be back!!!
