Burger King - Lititz

People do a good job, even if underoccupied. Chicken Fries are back, worth a try... the best can now get Coke and Fanta Cherry frozen drinks (Slushies in several sizes. the best in my area. Pepsi sleeps at Sheetz. Turkey Hill's new cheap and simple, mean driven by Slushies, NO(that's not the time to call anything Raging or Killer. Shame on you TK! I drink a lot of pepsi, cans, home, not cola. Even in plastic bottles it is not good. But for beats or well drinks, Pepsi is too sweet while Coke Ambrosia is. Thanks, BK!!! I'll save my summer.

The best Burger King staff always keep on time and clean inside the good work

It?s hit and miss with this restaurant. I have had quick, correct and excellent service. I have also had slow service, missing items, and employees that obviously don?t care. One big negative anytime I go inside, the food prep area looks dirty. Not myfavorite Lititz fast food restaurant, but I?ll eat from there if I need to.

Refused to honor an advertised promotion on the registers because ?they couldn?t change it. ? assistant manager was very snotty when approached. Did not appreciate his attitude. Told me to ?have fun? when I said I would leave a review.

So after waiting a total of 35 mins in line for a mobile order they hand me the wrong order. 10 mins later when they scramble together my order finally they gave me the basic sandwiches not the ones I ordered. They legitimately just stole from me becauseI didn't receive any of my extras that cost a 1$ each. I would like to be compensated for my whole meal for the lack of honestwork in this establishment. Supposed to have extra pickles, extra onions, and cheese none of which are on it clearly. I willnever be coming back.
