A comida estava bastante boa.
Great place hidden away from the center of town. I was staying at the Camping outside Lisbon and tried this because it was close and already had good reviews. When I arrived I was greeted by Mr Singh. He was very attentive throughout the whole visit, and stood chatting to me and listening to my boring stories for the whole visit. I ordered a lot as I was hungry Onion Bhaji, and Seekh kebab followed by a Hot chicken madras curry with a garlic naan. I drank 2 bottles of SuperBock. The starters were out in a matter of minutes and as soon as I had finished them the main was there on the table, presented nicely. All the way through he was asking me if it was to my taste, and offered me a special hot sauce dip because he had heard me say I like very spicy food. That was also tasty and very hot! I would be an idiot if I didn’t give it 5 stars, there was literally nothing negative to say. The price was 22.60€ which is very economical for Lisbon. They look like they need more business at the moment because of their location and the problems with the virus, so if you’re in town, and especially in the area of Belem or the Lisbon Camping site, go and see them, you won’t be disappointed! Thanks.
We’ve been several Times now even though it’s in a bit of a strange spot nestled alone amongst large blocks of flats ... even though sometimes it’s very quiet ... the service food is always EXCELLENT! Fresh , tasty , lots of choice ... Highly recommended!!
Amazing authentic Punjabi food in Lisbon. It was worth the drive after a long day in the city center. The cook made chana dish, mixed vegetables and karahi paneer with a perfect blend of spices. The multitalented cook is also a civil engineer. It transported us to our nostalgic Punjab. It is frequented by the nearby embassies. As strangers we met and as friends we left Highly recommended. And remember to drink the Masala chai which is tea with a taste of North Indian spices.
