Przekaż informację zwrotnąWhile dining in, we were watching the multiple tv sets playing. Mysteriously the sets started going blank. An employee was standing behind us shutting them off for evening. The store still had an hour and half before closing. Amazing.. Also, this store never has all the available flavors in the their high end soda machine. Most of the time I am forced to drink a soda that I don't like. The operator of this store needs to monitor the soda machine and replace the flavor cartridges when they become empty. There is no point to have this machine if it is not 100 percent operational to your customers.

The food was excellent!! When we went in, there were some people who needed extra help, and the staff took great care of them, which is something I don't see very often. I will happily give this place five stars and as much business as I can!
The person I’ve called in an order she was very, very rude. When I got to the store. She handed the food to me. No thank you. No nothing. This is the most unprofessional store I’ve ever dealt with. I’ve been in customer service for 50 years. She would work for me for very long, I’ve been and not want to. She said thank you. That’s part of customer service will no longer do any business with this restaurant ever again
First, I wanna shout out to the franchise owner out there, Man, the best customer service ever I could not ask for a better Experience there, and he promised me the best cheesesteak ever, and he did give me the best cheesesteak ever 100 star experience couldn’t ask for a better experience
