Meridians Restaurant - Lincoln

The bar menu needs a complete makeover. There are many of the choices of other places missing. The nachos are not melted on chips more than crushed cheese. Come on, that's just wrong!) You should use nacho cheese sauce. They do not offer pizza, wings or street tacos. The Meridian restaurant has potential, great location, beautiful atmosphere, but the food is very inexpensive. A non-inspired kitchen staff, bad preparation and no love are the guilty. They pump uninspired food year after year. One can only hope that a large restaurant group will take over the operation and bring this place and the inhabitants of Lincoln the kind of restaurant they deserve.

Good food for value. Nice staff we had Athena very busy, but she was very attentive! It is so convenient, especially when there is a concert in OC.

I accidentally came by without a booking at 7:00. They had seats available. The service was good and friendly. I had the grilled Mahimahi Tacos and it was the right size and good quality. I also tried the gluten-free chocolate cake and it came with cream and vanilla ice cream and it was also quite good. Overall a good experience with fresh ingredients, good service and reasonable prices. The view is nice when you get a table on the windows.

Please get some real vegan options. Terrible soup, lettuce, and fries isn't it. Maybe impossible burger, a vegan pizza, or even a vegan quality pasta. Please do better. I hate that when I travel to see family looking to spend quality time there but the second I get there I get to have water and watch everyone else eat while my husband and I remain hungry. Then ultimately, we end up going down the street to Red Robin to get a real meal. There is no reason you can't have quality food there. Especially since you are catering to the elderly community who could benefit from have more vegan options.
