Amigos/kings Classic - Lincoln

The manager was rude to me because she misunderstood that I wanted a meal instead of just a sandwich. I had to wait nearly 10 minutes for fresh fries that weren't even ready when I got them, wasting half of my 30-minute lunch break. I would not recommend this place as they not only served me late, but only a portion of the food I paid for, all because of a slow line.

The customer service at this restaurant was not good. I ordered a steak burrito with a drink, but the girl forgot to include the drink. When I asked for a cup for the drink, the guy who brought me my food was very rude. This was my first time at Amigos and I was not impressed with the team leadership from the workers there. I will have to reconsider whether I want to come back to Amigos.

The dining area remains closed, which is confusing as there were plenty of staff members available to manage the dining room.

They have good food and courteous employees, but amigos must make the company easier for the employee to find the new menu item so that they ring in the ordering right . but I must say the service was fast.
