El Charro - Lincoln

Overall everything was great.... The Sangria was very strong... Could have definitely been dialed down a bit. That's my only complaint.

Be prepared to pay HIGH prices for mediocre food. I have been to this establishment before And the food and service was top notch. What a disappointment tonight was! No one was friendly. We were seated and seemed forgotten. Eventually a server came to take our order. He seemed pleasant but incompetent to be waiting on customers. However they did listen to me concerning my allergy. Our food was delivered quickly. But my taco salad had copious amounts of lettuce and not much else. The burrito was sufficient. The water glasses are small!! And never got refilled…we needed more to get this salty food down!! When our bill came not one item on it was correct! We flagged down another server, which was a miracle!! Our bill was corrected. Please, please choose another dining spot. Not worth the $50 I dropped for 2 awful Meals.

The food quality has gone downhill over the last decade. I love Tamales and it all I get when I eat out Mexican so I consider myself an expert on Tamales. The Tamales were stodgy and the meat was tough. My wife only goes with me to dine in Mexican so I don’t have to eat dinner alone. So she usually gets a Taco Salad as a “Safe” item… DO NOT get the taco salad it was flavorless and had the consistency of baby food. The bill for 2 meals and one soft drink was 63.00. NEVER AGAIN

The food was frozen, and taco salad only had lettuce and a couple of tomato squares

Came to the White Mountain's area to work for the summer at local camp ground and found El Charro, quickly became favorite place to eat, ate their several times keep up the good work.
