There's street parking and if you're staying overnight, I'd suggest parking under the library which I think is $12. FOOD: 5/5 I usually get their Milk Tea with Boba for about $5 with 30% ice and 100% sugar. I always get 30% ice so that there's more tea and less ice. Also, their crepes are super tasty! I got their eggs and ham and it was a very interesting snack because I've never had any crepes that's not a dessert. SERVICE: 5/5 The workers here are always friendly when we come no complaints! ATMOSPHERE: 5/5 I love going here during the weekdays because it's less packed. ChaTime has game boards nearby that you can play while you chill there. PRICE: 5/5 I would say the price is average for boba. OVERALL: 4.8/5.0 This is one of my favorite boba spots and I definitely recommend going here!
Purchase: Milk Tea (regular) $4 Crepe 6 Boba is my favorite drink and they have the best here in my opinion out of all of Montreal! I usually get the simpler and more common boba such as Milk Tea or Thai Milk Tea, but either way, they're all good here. Also, try their ham, cheese, and egg crepe. You won't be disappointed.
I randomly noticed this new location of the popular bubble tea chain. This one has a few tables and a counter along the wall with high chairs. Besides bubble tea drinks they also serve some meals like minced pork rice, beef noodle soup and Taiwanese fried popcorn chicken as well as ice cream. You order and pay at the cash first. Minced pork rice is $9 and simple, you could make this at home easily so it's not worth getting. Popcorn chicken is much better. I don't remember the last time I had this so I can't make a comparison but I thought it was good with distinctive seasoning. The Chatime roasted milk tea was good as expected. They just posted some coupons on their facebook page which I didn't know about before my visit.
I have had Chatime before at other locations. This Chatime was definitely not as good as the other Chatime (back home in Vancouver BC) that I have been to. Price was standard Montreal price. Taste was a bit watered down. I got my usual roasted milk tea with grass jelly. I expected a strong roasted tea flavor but I didn't get that. Seating is only limited to what is outside of the bubble tea shop. Also the tables outside were a bit dirty. I also noticed that this Chatime doesn't just sell bubble tea. It also serves waffles and crepes. I came here after dinner and so I was too full to have a crepe. From the pictures, it looked descent.
Quality 3/5 Price 3/5 Taste 3/5 Ordered a drink from this establishment. It was an underwhelming experience as the taste quality was average!
