Genki Sushi - Lihue

Normally I would not recommend a chain restaurant, much less a chain restaurant in a shopping center, but eating was good and the train/boot delivery system was fun. I had the chicken catsu and a crispy Ebi foot roll. They order up to 4 menu items on the tablet and it comes with the train at their seat.
