I have been here during our stop over from bicol. The area is wide. The CR has a number of cubicles but there's no faucet inside. You have to bring water with you from a drum upon entering. They serve Typical carenderia foods. There's also another stall selling coffee (3in one)with hot water and cup noodles. You can bring your own coffee pack as they also sell disposable cup and hot water only. Food: 4
