Got double chicken and they skimped me and completely forgot things in my online order bowl check ur food before you

Ordered a chicken bowl with extra chicken online for pick up. The bowl had less meat than a regular bowl that you pick in person. The rice was under cooked and cold.Update. Ordered again online. The plate is half empty. I don't understand the skimping in this location

Guac is always brown, staff is never kind, everything is messy. Chips were burnt this time. This chipotle is run terribly.

Vegetarian options: Service and customer service was poor and in satisfactory. Food quality is not acceptable. My guacamole was dark brown, faijta vegs were soooo huge .i , had a piece of meat in my queso .. I’m a Vegetarian. This is by far the. Worst experience. Please keep vegetarian options, separate from new options, or change gloves when you dispense meat versus non-products. This is very misleading vegan/vegetarian. It turned sand that people do eat meat, however hygiene and caution should be Valued (taken seriously)

Was one of the first customers of the day, but the food on the line looked like it was there for a while. I found several pieces of gristle in the steak, and the guacamole had 3 pieces of the little stem. I asked for a few chips, received 7, and was charged $1.50.
