Subway - Liberty

My husband ordered his usual footlong meatball marinara sub, but when we got home, we found only 4 meatballs on it. Typically, there are supposed to be 8 meatballs on a footlong. He called the restaurant and confirmed that the correct amount is indeed 8. Unfortunately, they didn't offer any resolution for our next visit after we mentioned the issue, and going back with a half-eaten sandwich wasn't an option since it was late. On our previous visit, they also messed up my chicken bacon ranch order by leaving out all the meat despite the instructions being clearly written in the app. We did go back to have that corrected. Due to these repeated issues, we won’t be returning to the Liberty Subway anymore.

I had a fantastic experience at this restaurant! The service was excellent, with friendly staff who had my order ready as soon as I arrived. Although there can sometimes be a wait, the delicious food makes it all worthwhile. Having worked in the food industry myself, I understand how challenging it can be, but this place truly impressed me. Overall, I would rate it a perfect 10/10 for service during my lunch visit.
