Guy and his team provided two gastfreundschaftseinheits for my sponsors at the croft british touring car championship round. Feedback both sponsors was very positiw, eating was excellent, the event and delivery of food ran smoothly and guys coworkers were welcome, helpful and happy. Thanks guy!

We had a wonderful winter wedding at Bolton castle on Saturday and every one of our guests had a brilliant time lots of fun music and laughter and special times all helped along by the beautiful food put on by Guy and his team at Fairhursts. The canapés were beautiful and the hog roast and desserts delicious The service on the day was fab and Guy, Lorna and the rest of the team were friendly, efficient and couldn't have been better . Thank you all for helping to make our day so special we can't recommend Fairhursts or the castle) enough

Cannot thank Guy, Lorna and the whole team at Fairhurst's for their part in making our wedding day everything we have ever wished for and more. Wonderful people who couldn't do enough to help each and every one of our guests. Amazing food! Canapés to die for and a good old Yorkshire roast dinner. Family stay at The School House in Middleham. Guy and his team provided us with a 3 course in house meal for 16 including chef and waiter. The food and service was amazing and far surpassed our expectations. Much better than some of the food the family had eaten at local eateries! Guy also provided us with a great picnic the next day. Great tasting and thoughtful food. The experience only enhanced the success of dads 80th birthday weekend and it will be one our family remembers. Thanks to all of the team

Amazing food and outstanding service. We hired Guy and his team to cater for our wedding at Bolton Castle and everything was absolutely fantastic, our guests have mentioned how all the food was hot (and delicious) and no-one was waiting, really brilliant.
