Listen, the people who work at this Arby's are the kindest people I have met in the service industry. And I mean from the front room to the drive-thru window. And they take pride in getting you your food quick and correct

The personal is always friendly and the service is fast. I can't beat it!

Don't get a chocolate shake from this location. They used to be amazing. But now they are just terrible. Your shake will be liquid like it's been sitting out and melted. And they add way too much chocolate in it. It's pretty much like your drinking liquid chocolate syrup. Tried 3 different times and each time it's been a waste of 5 dollars cause I had to throw it out. Go to a different t location or just a different restaurant if you want a chocolate shake. Cause I guarantee you won't like it.

Decided to get up and run out to Arby's tonight, got a Beef n Cheddar Combo. Came back home and took a bite and when I sat my sandwich down I seen mold on the bottom part of the Bun. How Disgusting and Disappointing. On top of that the curly fries were way over cooked, hard and nasty. So I called the store and after letting it ring 30 times I got no answer. What a waste of time and monet and now that I'm home I'm not going back out so I'll just not eat tonight. Thanks Arby's on Richmond Rd
