I eat here as often as I can. They always have my order ready on time and it?s never wrong. I love their curry sauce. Doesn?t matter in which style it?s all good. I?ve had a bunch of other style restaurants in the Columbus area and I always come backhere. This place is my favorite.

We had some chicken tikka masala and fish curry for dinner and ordered some extra butter naan online. The food was prepared and well-packed on time, and it remained hot as we arrived home. The restaurant is also clean and high-end, with a sports bar. Wemay try dine-in sometime. Highly recommend giving it a try. However, be careful if you see spicy on the menu; it is genuinelyspicy lol

Never order a bindi okra fry 1. its not deep fried 2. its $13 and the order wont have okra's more than 5 , beneath they filled it with cabbage huh !!! what a scam 3. I am a pure indian and it doesnt tastes anything like indian okra fry . surely not indian style orderd only becoz my mom is vegetarian and we were tierd for the day mom hated it . for sure me andmy friends lost interest in this restaurent .

We recently had a birthday and graduation party at Dawat restaurant and banquet. The food was good. However the service was very very poor. There were two parties going on and only 2 staff members were attending both the parties. We had to constantly tellthem to refill the food. Few of our guests couldn't get the food because it was not refilled. The most embarrassing issue we hadto face was that they used very cheap foam plates for the man course dinner. We have never ever seen this kind of cheap foamproducts to be used for the hot food in any banquet hall. The foam plates had only 3 compartments and we had 6-7 items. So theplates were so cheap that it couldn't hold even three items and it was bending. When we told about this issue to the owner, hewas constantly arguing about it. We were so embarrassed with this kind of poor service and foam plates used for dinner at ourparty after spending so much money. I hope owner learns from this and does not repeat the same thing for other parties.

We had a party for 40+ people in their party room. Every guest (mostly Americans) enjoyed the food very much. We had them prepare the food mild so that many who are trying the Indian food for the first time would enjoy. All the items were preparedand served well. The owner and staff were very flexible and friendly to work with. I highly recommend this place for you partyand general needs. For the wedding the next day, we had them deliver Chicken 65. We were not sure if many Americans would loveit. I am glad to say that the entire tray was gone in about 10 minutes. Daawat exceeded my expectations.
