The View At Seaford Head - Lewes

The food is delicious, the atmosphere is welcoming, and the staff is friendly.

Been going there for year, both when hiking and playing golf. Went today and no more roll, sandwiches or smaller options just full meals. Walk out and went into town instead. In addition, as a golfer I would very rarely want to eat a meal before or after golf. Unless it was a breakfast.

The website is out of date regarding Sunday Lunches. Brought 2 friends to celebrate a birthday. Elderly, living alone so all looking forward to a lovely roast dinner as in the past. Really shocked it was the very limited lunch menu. One of us chose sausage and mash but not this available Ended up with chicken burger, chicken wings and fish and chips. All over cooked. Extremely expensive for basic greasy grub. Deserts and coffees ok and very pleasant waitress. Unless this is sorted I think custom will be lost.

Not impressed Arrived at 11.30 lunch menu started at 12 by 12.30 no fish fingers left, asked for beans on toast for a child, was told that was only on the breakfast menu so not available, asked for a pot of fruit tea that was advertised on the bar, was only given a cup. Rubbish customer service!

Attended a family celebration. Fantastic food, a little bit different. Great service and friendly staff. Lovely venue. Made a lovely memorable evening. Thank you.
