If you don?t mind waiting 30 mins in line then this is your Wendy?s. I feel bad for the employees because they are always short staffed. The franchise owner should fix this problem, it?s been going on for years. After waiting for 25 mins with only 2 cars ahead of me, it?s time to finally write a review. Plus once you get in the car line you?re stuck there?s no getting out. SMH.. If you?re not going to fix your staff shortage issue, close the drive through or sell this franchise.
This Wendy?s closed for a while and then reopened. It should have stayed closed. My husband went out to get us some lunch and came back with a baked potato with cheese and bacon,2 double cheeseburgers plain, and nuggets with an ice tea. The potato didn?t have the bacon, the cheese burgers had all the fixings on them and the nuggets were cold. Oh and they didn?t give us the honey mustard sauce for the nuggets. Not to mention the ice brand they use is horrible. Wendy?s is done. Won?t be going back there. Absolutely horrible
My husband almost ate a black bread bag clip less than a week after he had oral surgery. I got an I'm sorry over the phone along with yes that's exactly what was in the burger and the offer of a free meal. The employee offered all the apology they could. Corporate on the other hand said NOTHING.
Where do I even begin: First off, the chick running the front counter was personality-free, not to mention rude. Second, their scanner was broken, so I couldn?t earn points in the app (they still let me use a coupon in the app, by inputting the discount in the register manually without using my app), which sucked because I have a lot of points. ???
