We can improve the waiting time between the dish and the dessert

In the evening of January 1, 2024 it was not the crowd in this restaurant, I would even say it was almost empty. We waited for more than 45 minutes between the end of our arrivals and the arrival of the marine mussels. This time in the event of an affluence would be acceptable but a Monday evening in an empty restaurant it is not. In terms of restoration the mussels are of quality, well cooked and normal sizes. Personally I took them in a marital version because I consider too expensive the supplements requested 5 or 6 Euros for a simple sauce. The base price of the moulds is 13,90 euros and 19,90 euros for the XXL portion. For 6 euros more I would definitely prefer to enjoy the more garnished portion. In short 3 people 128 euros drinks included.
