Les Baux Jus - Les Baux-de-Provence

I love this restaurant, it's all there. The plates are sublime, an unmatched taste of creation... in short it's a good time!

Everything was super delicious, especially the orange wine. The waitress knew everything about the dishes and drinks they served and explained how everything was done.

Super nice restaurant in an unexpected place (not many vegetable restaurants around the corner. Very good quality and super personal.

Very good juices and smoothies. The dishes are well-stocked and offer plenty of different and fresh flavours. There is a small plate for the children (equipped with that of the adults). The kids also loved it.

Very good dishes discovered from the raw cuisine. There are also desserts to discover. A very nice place, and a welcome to the top!
