Went for pranzo today. Ate gnocchi (since Leonessa is known for it's potatoes) Very good Lamb Scottadito good Enjoyed the atmosphere, good service large portions

Very fine restaurant.The prices are fair .The people are nice . We went 3 times there in 12 days. The pizza was great and the secundo platto so much that we could not eat everything.

From the moment we arrived we felt welcomed. The service was good and the staff friendly and I loved the atmosphere the fire created in the restaurant. We came in a group of 3 families (12 people in total) and the smallest child in our group was 6 years old. The owners made us feel welcome and accommodated all our food needs. There were many local food specialities on offer, so most of us got to try something new. The portions of the food were enormous so if you are small eater I would recommend taking just one dish to start with (just a main course, for example) as it would be impossible to eat antipasta , primo, secondo and dolce. The cost was very economical for the portions of food, wine and dessert that we consumed. I would definitely go there again. We stayed overnight in our camper and woke to spectacular snow covered mountain views in the morning. They also have accommodation/ 12 apartments in little village close by, all recently renovated and I understand very popular to stay in during Spring through to Autumn. The father of the owner of the restaurant offered us a unique opportunity, the next morning, to visit the deers while he was feeding them, plus a visit to his private vintage car collection in his garage AND then a quick trip for the kids and some of the parents to the local medieval town (within walking distance from the restaurant) in his mini 'ape ' vehicle (3 wheeler italian truck). It was a lovely bonus to staying close by and we really appreciated the extra hospitality and the wonderful generosity. I would certainly visit them again

Mi sono fermato in questo caratteristico ristorante un po' per caso. alla ricerca di piatti genuini prima di iniziare un corso di sopravvivenza naturale nelle belle foreste di testa d'acqua. posto incantevole. materie prime di buona qualità cotte con abilità. Torno presto.

Bella posizione, mangiare genuino, piatti sono proposti relativi alla preparazione della giornata, prodotti eccellenti e genuini. una vera delizia.
