The food is incredibly tasty, but there can be some inconsistency in their service. Some employees may not add enough syrup to their treats, leaving customers with plain ice halfway through. Additionally, it can be frustrating when they don't stick to their posted opening hours, close early, or fail to open at all on some days. It appears that the staff does wear masks, which is a good safety measure. Overall, the food truck offers delicious food but could benefit from improving their consistency and reliability.
The staff is friendly and the service is quick! My go-to snow cone spot was closed for the 4th of July, so I decided to try this place instead. I'm so glad I did! I ordered the Blue Hawaiian and banana with acid spray, while my friend got the Blue Skyberry. I loved all of them, except for the banana flavor – it's a difficult taste to replicate. This is definitely my new favorite spot!
The watermelon sorbet is fantastic. The customer service is excellent as well!
Our favorite snowboards in the opposite, but they can be unconsistent, as some workers do not add enough syrup so that they get with usually simple ice when they get halfway through them. also very frustrating if they do not follow their opening times, close early or sometimes not open at all. I appreciate the workers wearing masks, and they are always very friendly.
They gave us the wrong order and didn't offer to correct it, but said come back if our kids didn't like it. Came back had them make the right order and while waiting they complained to other customers how we didn't order right and how much they had to do to correct it. Very unprofessional
