It's Just Wings - Lee's Summit

Submitted an online order for pick-up on a Monday, for a Wednesday event. Come Wed, at the stated time of pickup for the order, the order is nowhere to be found. It took the crew 10-15 minutes to submit an order, and you could hear the cook in the back stating that there was no way to get an order like that completed in a timely manner since it was too big. You had two whole days to prep- whether it is a communication issue or not, should not be the problem of the customer. Long story short, the order was completed (fries under-cooked), 20 minutes after the order pickup (which would have still been fine had the situation been handled professionally). The crew came out to deliver the order for pick-up, throwing the order on the counter and just walking away. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND, due to this experience.

Horrible experience! Ordered wings off their website. DoorDash cancelled our order and they just keep blaming each other and no one is refunding our money.

I’ve only had the boneless wings, but I think it’s better than Bdubs. Plus it’s like $10 bucks for 11 wings.

Really good boneless wings that come with curly fries. Honey chipotle sauce and jalapeño cilantros sauce is awesome.
