Nawaab Khan - Leeds

I went through the web site to order our meal. We had had a difficult day. The order had to go through another Web site regrettably???!!! So the food failed to turn up even though we were receiving messages from Just Eat re the arrival time. NAWAAB KHAN rang about half an hour later to say the order was awaiting us to collect. The system was obviously going wrong. Trying to explain ended up in a row which I was not thrilled about. This was obviously a mistake . More to do with web sites than those in the middle. Also the attitude of the staff member of Nawaab Khan . Not our usual gentleman we are used to dealing with. So no we will not order again from there. We certainly do not need the hassle.

During the lockdown, we had to order takeout and the quality was just as good as eating in the restaurant. I had a Handi and my wife had a Balti, both were delicious! We have been dining here for over 10 years and have never had a bad curry, so we don't understand the negative reviews.

Worst curry I’ve ever tasted. Flat Cold , swimming in grease , tasteless. Disgusting. Naan like card board. When I told the waiter he just looked at me with a big stupid looking smile on his face, did a nervous laugh then walked off lol.

I ordered takeout for my family. I hadn't ordered from this restaurant in a while due to past issues, but I decided to give them another chance. Unfortunately, it was a mistake. They sent my order cold and one curry was missing. When I called to resolve the issue, they were not helpful at all. They claimed that I hadn't ordered the missing curry, even though I knew I had. When I asked if they could deliver the missing item, they refused because it was not their delivery time. They didn't even include my receipt in the bag, likely because they knew they had forgotten one of my items. I recommend avoiding this restaurant.

The curry at this restaurant was terrible, it had no taste or spice at all. We trusted the waiter's recommendations and were extremely disappointed. The mild curry tasted like tomato soup and the spicier lamb curry had no flavor and was not spicy at all. I have never written a TripAdvisor review before, but I was so disappointed.
