I come here everyday, some days multiple times per day, despite the disastrous and lengthy drive thru because the location is convenient. I am always pleasant and don't ever complain, but enough is enough. Today I'm disappointed to say that will be no longer be a customer going forward. I understand you have staffing issues and must adjust hours, that seems to be a regional issue with all Starbucks right now, but to have an employee put a cone in front of my car while I'm in your drive thru (when there is NO OTHER CAR BEHIND ME) is extremely rude and shows your lack of hospitality.
Jazzy KNOWS customer service! I always order a water to go along with my cold brew and when I walked in the other day I didn’t even have to ask for it. The water was sitting right next to my coffee! Plus, she greets me by name when I walk in. It’s the little things that matter when it comes to customer service and Jazzy understands how to make a customer’s experience the best!
I always come to this place. I went on looking for my mobile job this morning only to realize that I ordered in the wrong load by the app. I went to the barista and told her and she was so understanding and made my drink immediately (even if there was a hurry). I wish I had her name, but she delivered a great customer service about my mess. great baristas here and my drink comes every time perfect!
Overall a good Starbucks but can be a hit or miss. Sometimes drive through line goes to the next lot but inside is completely empty. Friendly service and usually fast with making the drinks! The only issue is twice now I’ve had my coffee with what looked like expired milk so I won’t drink it.
Screwed up order my girlfriend made, never provided her with receipt. Whole crew spent too much time BS'ing with each other behind the bar and wasting time. They did make good on my coffee they forgot though, so that's OK. This place seems like it is way too busy to be running on the staff they have.
