Taco Bell - Lebanon

We used the drive and gave us the wrong food and drink... Not our order. Amazingly, the girl who operated the window apologised and told us, as it was her fault, we could keep the wrong order. And then she gave us our $12.46 order for free!! In all my many years of eating fast food, this is the friendly, most amazing service I have ever received. I thanked her 6 or 7 times, and drove away, wishing each restaurant could treat a mistake so fair and become a possible bad visit to an unforgettable! Thanks again, and I'm back. Service Excellence continues to live and I am glad that it, at least in this Taco Bell.

I really wish I could get another Beef Meximelt. And a beef Baja Chalupa. Miss her. I would come more often if my favorite food was still available.
