J.j. Hills Fresh Grill - Leavenworth

After hours walk in downtown trying to find the perfect German meal we got so tired, we decided to give the lounge at our hotel an attempt. Our server Lisa was amazing. We had all our orders within minutes and it tasted delicious. I grew up on German meals and they didn't disappoint. We were super hungry and they share our record without charge. Seriously, this meal made the difference in our stay. Go on!

Server was super friendly! The other not so much welcomed or did not even take our order until the other came along. But the food was delicious! Hubby got the wine carving and I got the mushroom medallions. Both were really good the sauerkraut with the Schnitzel was for dying! Pretty good place to eat, especially if you stay at the resort.

Absolutely amazing! From steak to veggies everything was cooked for perfection! Since we stayed at the Icicle Inn, we received a voucher for a free dessert, we chose the Black Forest Brownie Sundae, it was also excellent. The outside seats were great. Service was excellent. Nothing to complain!

Lisa! Lisa! Lisa! What a treasure! We are not new to Leavenworth- but we are new when it comes to which restaurants are currently open, and there are no interiors with Covid now. So after Googling for what seemed like FOREVER when we wanted REALLY somewhere something special for our son 's 20. Go birthday and my people are with us this time. All I can say is Lisa! I mean, she treated us like she knew us and really cared for us all to make our night so special. She was so patient! She really took the time to go through the menu. Both with our wine selection and our apps and finally helped us get our meals based on what she asked us, we enjoyed it. So sweet of her! She didn't have to do all this, but we got her something. We not only enjoyed our gourmet, beautifully prepared meals from an obvious Top Notch cook...we will be back and will rave over JJ 's to other as we hear their plans to go to Leavenworth. Thank you. Wonderful Tapas style brunch! Incredibly unique fare being offered at the birch on elm. Today we tried the breakfast sandwich, the plane Jane breakfast, burrata caprese, breakfast tacos and lemon and mixed berry tart. Everything was presented with flair and style. Most importantly, the food was delicious!
