Pho Viet - Le Havre

We have been several times to this establishment which, from the outside, does not look like much. The glasses smelled a bit the first time. However, when the food arrived and we tasted it, we were very pleasantly surprised. The portions are a good size and the taste is there! The Pho Viet restaurant...Ladies and gentlemen, would you like to eat a real pho? Move on, why? Because the service is not really good, the tables are not set, the waiter is certainly nice but almost absent in the room, one of the tables on which the dining team was not even cleaned and to pay sorry !? excuse me but the restaurant is not able to give me change and forces me to pay by credit card even though I am able to pay in full for my dish? The management of the restaurant should be redone to say that it was a restaurant of at least an acceptable level. But I must say the pho is correct but the price is very slightly more expensive than its true value. Food: 3 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 1

I would not recommend the Chicken Pho. The broth doesn't have much flavor just like the pasta... The shrimp ravioli was good but a little expensive for the quantity. Food: 2 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3
