Marty took my order and he was so nice and genuine! I had a real bad day and wanted to eat something quick and go home.

Just sat in the drive thru for 25 minutes staring at my Italian sub for the last 15 of thatThese people were clueless.

The roast beef sandwiches here are the same as at any other Arby's you'll find anywhere in the country.

I used to put with this Arby's despite service being usually slow, but it's really gone downhill lately. During our last attempt at Arby's, we arrived at the drive through at 9:50 only to be greeted by an automated message saying it was closed (supposed toclose at 10... It just seems evident that management doesn't really run this Arby's well. Too bad.

Covid is over, ridiculous its drive thru only. With no posting on the door. And if you are drive thru only, then you better be fast... because clearly.. . Your only taking one order at a time. Would never come if I didn't like the food.
