Subway - Lawrenceburg

Ordered on app. Order not ready when we got there. 1 employee, had to wait. No personal pizza or churros. No cookies. Bread on sandwich was hard not toasted). Meatballs dry, sauceless and burnt. Couldn't refund items not available so asked for a ham sub extra meat. Only a thin layer of meat. Not the first time this location was out of stock on items, but will be my last time ordering here.

Came here for dinner tonight didn't have any salad bowls. Tried to order a sub and they didn't have wheat or Italian bread. Left without anything.

This store location never puts fresh lettuce on my subs and they are always out of tomato's, when the Walmart location in the same town always has them. Terrible management, use fresh ingredients please. And when I call you to get my order fixed nobody answers the phone. Useless. They never read instructions on the subs. But Walmart location doesn't take the BOGO deals. Apps are a rip off.

Expect a looooong wait for the most basic of sandwiches. There were no other customers in the store. Just making the 2 sandwiches in my order took almost 40 minutes. I should have spoken up but didn't know what to say. Hurry up!? Can I go behind the counter and make my own sandwiches? There were 2 employees- one who channeled his inner sloth and made the food and one who wandered around stocking chips. Anyway, don't expect online orders to be ready by the time on the app.
