Little Caesars Pizza - Lawrence

Worst service I have ever had and this guy was the manager apparently. Has no idea what his job entails especially when it comes to customers. All I asked this high-school dropout when the pizza was made and he coped an attitude with me all over a simple question. He said himself, they have audio, you get what you pay for even in employee's.

Awesome!! Super customer service!! We arrived at 9:30pm and was back in the car by 9:45pm. Only one employee and he was so super helpful!! And fast!! Will definently be a return customer!!

Everything in the menu is good. my family and I eat here all the time. the only problem I have is that they are just rude. they look at you and respond to you as if you were disturbing them. not joking, the last few paintings in which I went, the girl had her head face down on the table through the register and gave me the poorest look like, “What”? lol. as I said, it's good to eat, the customer service is hustle.

Understaffed and pickup times are severely understated. Expect to wait over an hour if you're pickup window is 25-30 min

Used to work here when it first opened, left for the summer and when I got back to Lawrence the store was severely understaffed and service was disappointing. My friends and I go here pretty often because it’s the cheapest pizza but not once last semester were we able to go in and grab a hot and ready pizza like it should be. Every time we order they say 10 minutes and it usually ends up being 20+ for items that are supposed to be hot and ready??
