Przekaż informację zwrotnąWe visited the restaurant recently and had an unfortunate experience. According to our receipt, our server was named Edith. Unfortunately, she was quite rude and unprofessional. Upon entering, there was no host and a sign instructed us to seat ourselves. However, after seating ourselves, we were informed by an employee that the entire right side of the restaurant was closed. This was confusing and frustrating, especially since there was a sign indicating we could sit wherever we liked. The employee who told us about the closed section was polite, but Edith was not. She rudely and loudly told other customers that they couldn't sit in the closed section, making them visibly uncomfortable. Furthermore, when we attempted to use the QR code to place our order, it didn't work. Waitress responded with an attitude, as if it was our fault lol. The restaurant in College Park offered both the QR code option and traditional ordering last time I was there a few months ago. The staff there is much friendlier too. To add to our disappointment, we ordered a beer that was not properly topped off by Edith, yet we were charged almost $8 for it. Additionally, Edith texted me a link to our check, which already included a tip that we couldn't adjust. This felt unfair, especially given the poor service we received. Lastly, the food made me sick, which was the final straw. I won't be returning to this location. Hope this ghost town of a location closes soon and something better replaces it.
The manager on July 30th was rude. We didn’t know we couldn’t bring water or “drinks from outside”… but the manager didn’t have to yell at me. We were told to drink it or put it in our car by the server, she was nice. The manager needs therapy or anger management. I don’t know who she think she is. The rest of the staff is nice the last few times we came. BUT this lady has ISSUES.
Why am I ordering off a qr code. 3.6 billion in revenue and your restaurant smells horrible is understaffed and generally horrible. Go somewhere else
